Hey...I have a very chunky face/chubby cheeks/big boobs and bat wings for arms -.- and I know that I cannot spot reduce when it comes to weight loss...but I've been working out 6 days a week and only been seeing results with a smaller tummy and toned legs. Any advice for upper body routines and perhaps a more slimmer face?

eating clean with make your face smaller. get rid of salt and processed food and drink more water.

as for upper body routines, you have to weight train. it’s the only way to tone up so that once you lose fat in those areas you are left with a muscular body

you’re right, you can’t spot train.

so for now, while your body is a work in progress, don’t worry so much about what’s not changing

and congratulate yourself on your smaller tummy and toned legs
