eating clean with make your face smaller. get rid of salt and processed food and drink more water.
as for upper body routines, you have to weight train. it’s the only way to tone up so that once you lose fat in those areas you are left with a muscular body
you’re right, you can’t spot train.
so for now, while your body is a work in progress, don’t worry so much about what’s not changing
